No matter whether chicken, turkey, duck or goose: the ORGAINVENT System for labelling and traceability of poultry meat can be employed for every kind of poultry.
ORGAINVENT has been offering this proof of origin system, which was developed in association with representatives of the poultry industry, since the start of 2000. Because of the tight vertical links existing within the industry, the poultry trade is virtually predestined for the transfer of information about the origin of the poultry, its feeding, housing conditions and quality criteria from the hatchery right up to the consumer.
ORGAINVENT provides the system for the “Labelling and Traceability of Poultry Meat” on the basis of a standard system contract to EU-approved poultry meat processing businesses (slaughterhouses, cutting and processing plants) as well as to the food retail trade.
The high degree of integration of the individual process stages in poultry meat production ensures that the production chain, and hence also the chain of information regarding origin and quality properties, is closed.
